You would like to be a part of the energy industry and district heating? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our internal sales support department at our location in Lyon.

With your high service orientation, technical affinity and friendly nature, you will be the first and competent contact person for our customers in the energy industry in France, Italy and Switzerland. We are looking for you as Customer Service Representative (m/f/d). Starting immediately

Your responsibilitys:

• Preparation and calculation of offers
• Order processing, disposition and coordination between the factorys
• Project management and coordination of project logistics with the customers
• Review and processing of incoming orders and contracts
• Verification and compliance with project agreements
• Telephone consultation and support of business partners regarding products
• Delivery coordination and deadline monitoring
• Coordination with internal interfaces such as field service, transport and production planning
• Assembly coordination with internal service department and subcontractors
• Administration of customer and project master data in the system
• Creation of customer-/project-specific evaluations
• Clarification of debtor differences
• General customer service
• Handling of returns and complaints

Our requirements to you:

• Successfully completed commercial education, preferably with technical background or similar
• Minimum two years of professional experience in customer service/sales support, preferably in a technical environment
• Very good handling of MS Office and SAP
• Very good English, French and Italian language skills
• Careful, detailed and structured working method
• A high level of self-motivation, confident appearance and excellent communication skills
• You are a passionate team player with a strong service mindset
