LOGSTOR is a leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for energy‐efficient transportation of liquids and gases for district heating and cooling, marine and industrial purposes as well as oil and gas pipelines. Our systems consist of flexible and rigid pipes, joints, fittings and surveillance. Inventing the pre-insulated pipe technology more than 50 years ago, we have delivered more than 185,000 km of pre‐insulated pipes. We are headquartered in Løgstør, Denmark with subsidiaries in Austria, China, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland as well as a network of agents and sales offices. Our nine production facilities are situated in Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Romania and China, with supplementary mobile production units currently set up in Canada and Indonesia. LOGSTOR employs approximately 1,500 people.

For our team based in Regensdorf/near Zürich Airport we are looking for you:

Technical Expert for Salessupport (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical consulting for projects in close cooperation with the field service/sales team
• Presentation of the LOGSTOR product range to expert panels
• Individual, telephone and personal customer service
• Consulting, support and training of engineering offices
• Customer support during factory visits, e.g. in Poland, Denmark
• Support of our Claim Department (cause study/analysis of damage patterns, processing of complaints and notifications of defects)
• On-site support of projects including the preparation of and participation in project meetings
• Knowledge exchange and cooperation with other departments, e.g. product development, production and the assembly unit
• General administrative activities and documentation

Our Requirements:

• Technique/completed education (technical) and/or polytechnic studies (bachelor degree or similar)
• 1-3 years’ working experience in similar position, preferably in thermodynamic or pipe static within technical industries, district heating, piping, sanitary or heating
• Good AutoCAD knowledge and static knowledge, preferably in context with thermodynamic pipes
• Very good German, English and French language skills
• You are a person who drives for diligence and with great interest in static calculations and/or thermodynamics
• Willingness to travel up to 80% throughout Switzerland
• Flexibility, able to work in a dynamic environment
• Reliable team-player and problem solver: You will find the right decision for our customer
• Your working style is organized, structured and detail orientated
