We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will be the key contact for all HR-related matters in our South & West Region (DACH, France, Netherlands and Italy), working closely with managers and employees to align business strategy into concrete HR actions and ensure value-adding HR efforts that supports both business objectives and employee well-being. You will be based in our Hamburg office, working in a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day from home), and report to the HR Manager based in Denmark. The local team in Hamburg includes HR Admin colleague, and you will collaborate with HR teams and business leaders across multiple locations to drive HR initiatives and support business success.

Your role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business on all HR-related topics, and you will have a broad range of responsibilities, spanning from operational HR tasks to strategic initiatives.

  • Acting as Partner for our South & West region, providing guidance on organizational design, development, and HR processes.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning for both white-and blue-collar employees.
  • Offering legal advice on various HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the region.
  • Supporting and coordinating Group HR projects, training initiatives, and general HR tasks.
  • Providing guidance on organizational questions, job design, and employee well-being.
  • Driving competence development initiatives for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
  • Leading onboarding programs for international employees.
  • Supporting internal communication efforts and ensuring efficient HR information flow.

What You bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in HR business partnering, recruitment, or organizational development within an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws in Germany; a nice to have is knowledge of employment laws across multiple countries in the region.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
