LOGSTOR is a leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for energy‐efficient transportation of liquids and gases for district heating and cooling, marine and industrial purposes as well as oil and gas pipelines. Our systems consist of flexible and rigid pipes, joints, fittings and surveillance. Inventing the pre-insulated pipe technology more than 50 years ago, we have delivered more than 185,000 km of pre‐insulated pipes. We are headquartered in Løgstør, Denmark with subsidiaries in Austria, China, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland as well as a network of agents and sales offices. Our nine production facilities are situated in Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Romania and China, with supplementary mobile production units currently set up in Canada and Indonesia. LOGSTOR employs approximately 1,500 people.

For our team based in Regensdorf/near Zürich Airport we are looking for you

Technical Engineer (f/m/i)

Workplace: LOGSTOR Schweiz AG, Adlikerstrasse 290, 8105 Regensdorf

Your tasks:

• Executing static calculations, finding solutions for complex constructions
• Drawing and customizing project plans in CAD
• Creating expansion zones plans, also in good cooperation with international technical team and customers
• Consulting customers for best individual technical system solution
• Claim Management in cooperation with our Quality Department
• Support to Sales and Customer Service Department in relation with tenders and presentations
• Technical correspondence and documentation

Our Requirements:

• Technique/completed education (technical) and/or polytechnic studies (bachelor degree or similar)
• 1-3 years’ working experience in similar position, preferably in thermodynamic or pipe static within technical industries, district heating, piping, sanitary or heating
• Good AutoCAD knowledge and static knowledge, preferably in context with thermodynamic pipes
• Good English and French language skills (business fluent), preferably good German language skills
• You are a person who drives for diligence and with great interest in static calculations and/or thermo dynamics
• Flexibility, able to work in a dynamic environment
• Reliable team-player and problem solver: You will find the right decision for our customer.
• Your working style is organized, structured and detail orientated
