Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Designer to join our team in Lyon. In this role, you will be responsible for creating design solutions for thermal networks using our cutting-edge products. Your tasks will include reviewing and optimizing project plans, preparing detailed documentation, and creating assembly diagrams in AutoCAD. This hybrid position is also suitable for recent engineering graduates looking to start their professional careers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design solutions for thermal networks using the company’s products.
  • Review and optimize execution plans to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals for thermal network systems.
  • Conduct detailed static calculations and heat loss analyses for thermal networks.
  • Generate accurate bills of materials (BOM) and assembly diagrams using AutoCAD.
  • Provide technical support and advice to internal teams and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team and the international sales department to address client needs and ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office,
  • Higher technical education, direction
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken - min. B2
  • Goal orientation and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships
  • Nice: work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of German will be a plus

We offer:

  • 5 weeks vacation + approx. 12 days (time compensation)
  • Working hours (with a flexibility of +/- 1 hour)

  • 3 days Home Office max. (at personal address only) - Thursday – presence mandatory at the office
